Recently Mirabaud Group, Ocorian, and Carey Olsen made new appointments in the wealth management industry. These moves will improve and strengthen these international wealth management firms.
Mirabaud Group
Mirabaud is a Swiss banking and financial group looking to further expand its UK profile. On June 7th, 2022, Mirabaud Group added Senior Private Banker William Ladenburg to its private banking and wealth management business.
Ladenburg joins the company’s UK high and ultra-high net worth team as Director. This hire shows the firm’s commitment to its UK wealth management clients. Since opening its UK office in 1990, Mirabaud continues to build a strong presence in the country.
Over the past decade, Ladenburg held senior positions at Credit Suisse and Close Brothers Asset Management. Landenburg reports directly to Stuart Bates in his new role. Bates is the CEO of UK wealth management at Mirabaud.
Bates is excited to work with Ladenburg and stated: “I am thrilled to welcome William into Mirabaud’s growing UK wealth management division, a move that further signals our commitment to the region. Long-term commitment has been at the core of our DNA for more than 200 years.”
On Ladenburg’s experience, Bates said: “His expertise in building and maintaining strong relationships with such a wide variety of clients over the last decade will undoubtedly prove a major asset to the team.”

Since 2012, Senior Managing Partner, Yves Mirabaud, has led a team of four senior managing partners. Yves Mirabaud also serves as Chairman of the Board of Mirabaud & Cie SA and Chairman of the Board of Mirabaud Abu Dhabi Limited.
Managing Partners Lionel Aeschlimann, Camille Vial, and Nicolas Mirabaud round out the Mirabaud leadership team. The group also includes equity partners that hold management roles and develop the company.
The company uses a limited partnership with share capital under Swiss law. The partnership oversees all activities and is severely liable for all commitments.
Ocorian
Ocorian is a global leader in corporate and fiduciary services. Recently, Ocorian appointed Don Ross as Global Head of Investor Services. Ross is reporting to Ocaorian’s head of global funds, Garrett Breen, in his new role.
Ross has nearly 18 years of experience and served senior roles at JP Morgan Chase & Co. and Quintillion. As Head of Investor Relations for EMEA at JP Morgan Chase, Ross held an instrumental role on the transformation team during their global technology update.

Carey Olsen
