How to Draw the Queen – let’s get Initiated!
Step 1
We’ll keep it simple for this first step of our guide on how to draw the Queen. For now, we’ll start with the outline of her face. You can use a curved line for her face and then draw two curved lines that extend down to form part of her neck. That’s all there is to this first step, so when it’s ready, we can move on!
Step 2
When drawing a picture of a natural person, the most challenging part is getting the facial features to look good. This is why you may want to closely copy the reference image we provide in this part of your Queen drawing. You can start by drawing simple curved lines for the nose and mouth.
There will also be some lines around these parts to give her face more detail. Then we’ll draw her eyes, which will narrow a bit. They will also have some lines around it for more details. As long as you take your time and follow the reference image closely, you should be able to do this easily!
Step 3
Following this guide on how to draw the Queen, we will begin to outline her hair. This outline will start near where her ears will go later, and you can draw it using wavy lines connecting. Her hair sticks out on the sides, but it will be flatter on top since we’ll be adding her crown soon.
Step 4

Step 5
For this fifth step of our guide on drawing the Queen, we will add her shoulders and the beginning of the blouse she is wearing. Extend some solid lines diagonally from the base of her neck to her shoulders. Then there will be a wavy necklace around her neck, as shown in the reference image. Finally, add a few more lines around her shoulders to show where her arms start and where the fabric crumples.
Step 6
The Queen is well known for having some of the world’s most expensive and elegant jewelry collections. We will be drawing some of these famous jewels in this part of your drawing of the Queen. First, use some round shapes for the earrings that dangle from her ears. Then, you can draw many small shapes connected in a line for her necklace chain. Finally, use some more rounded shapes for the jewels and settings for the different parts of her necklace.
Step 7

For the final step of your Queen drawing, we’ll have some beautiful colors! We used some beautiful shades of green in our reference image for the dress she is wearing. We then used some pretty gold colors with a mix of reds and browns for the various pieces of jewelry she was wearing.
