Possibly the worst service I have ever received in my life.

Jodi’s is possibly the worst service I have ever received in my life. If you want to see what we mean, just look at the reviews on Google and Yelp, and Facebook. One person wrote that they were so unhappy with their stay that they went back to their original hotel room at 7 am after being robbed by a group of people who stole all of their belongings including clothes, money, and electronics from their room (they had no other option). They said it took them 2 hours to get back into town because they had to wait for an employee at Jodi’s front desk named Carol who was not even apologetic about how long it took her employees to help them return home safely.

We don’t know what happened between these two women but our advice would be: don’t get stuck there!

Ask for your refund immediately or you will lose the deposit. Do not leave your email or phone number. You will never get it back.

If you have found a better deal, please let me know.

I will wait for your email and send you my number so that we can talk about it on the phone.

I had to ask for a piece of paper and a pen to write down my address or else I would lose all my belongings since we were leaving so quickly. Then when I asked for my keys and ID back because I lost them, they said that they would mail it once they got back to the store.

When we checked out at 6 pm our luggage was still in the backroom! So now there are people coming through Las Vegas who have been waiting all day for their luggage but instead of getting it out of storage (which could take hours), someone just threw ours on top of it? That should not happen!

We were told by staff members that if our bags hadn’t been packed yet then there wouldn’t be any way for us to get them until tomorrow morning since most hotels don’t open until 8 am-9 am during this time period. And even though she told us this wasn’t true…it’s exactly what happened when we returned home later that evening after checking into another hotel nearby where we stayed overnight since neither place had opened yet either!

They won’t let me get my luggage until we pack everything up and take it out of here. They won’t return my luggage unless they know that all of your belongings are in the backroom. They said that they would be waiting on us to pack everything up so they can get it back and put it up in the storage area.

This is where I am now, sitting here with nothing but a few clothes and toiletries in front of me as if I were some kind of criminal who couldn’t possibly fit everything into one suitcase or backpack. I’m not sure what this means for our trip or how much longer we’ll have to wait before being able to leave this place!

The hotel is not safe.

The hotel is overpriced and the rooms are dirty and smell like moldy carpet or something. I don’t know but it’s not very nice. The service here sucks too! You can ask for things to be done, but they never do them right…
